So glad I search Amazon for this part. I was able to replace this motor myself and save either a lot of hassle in removing my over-the-stove microwave and taking it to a appliance shop, or paying for a service visit. I estimate I saved at least $100 by doing this myself. This is an easy repair you can do yourself. Id guess it's a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being expert experienced at appliance repair and 1 being someone able to turn a screwdriver and push electrical connectors together. :-) Just BE SURE TO UNPLUG or otherwise DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE attempting repair. Motor is working great 6 months after install. |
