Spongy and super soft idlis !!
Softest home-made idlis I ever had.
The Idlis came out as super soft and fluffy sponge cakes.

So the procedure is :
1. Put 200 ml of water in the colored part of the container, that's the bottom part.
2. Microwave it for a minute on full power. Water should be hot by now and leaving some steam.
3. Lightly Grease the idli moulds with very little oil and Put the batter in the idli moulds. (I used Amrita Foods Idli batter from the Indian grocery store)
4. Place them on top of each other and on the bottom tray with already heated water.
5. Cover this with the semi- transparent cover and open the vent on the top for the steam to escape slowly.
6. Now turn on the microwave for 4 mins on full power.
7. Remove the whole idli maker and open and serve the idlis. If the don't come out (though they usually come out very easily) use a thin flat spoon or spatula to remove and serve.
