One 8 x 8 in. size brownie mix makes 40 to 42 brownies. Individual cavities are 1.5 x 1.5 x .75 in. deep. We suggest preparing the mold with non-stick vegetable pan spray before baking. Always place silicone molds on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for level baking and easy removal from oven. Pour batter into mold, filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Place mold in pre-heated oven. Bake according to recommended temperature on recipe. Place pan on cooling grid and cool completely. To remove brownies, invert mold and apply gentle pressure to the bottom while gently peeling the mold away.Amazing customer service saves the day I originally posted a 1-star review of this item: I followed the directions precisely, but all the brownies stuck like glue!. The only difference between the two batches: the original was made per the instructions using Pam cooking spray (I used butter flavored); the second (successful) batch was made using Pam for Baking (it includes flour in the spray). Whether is was that or the original pans were somehow defective, I don't know. Amazon,... |
