Couldn't be easier. You use only 1/2 of the seasoning pkg so I'm sure it cuts down on the sodium intake but still has good flavor. Actually cooks quicker than specified. (See Below) Cons Uses less water so not much "broth" when finished cooking and due to the size, you really can't add more water to cook in. Boils over in microwave if not careful. I do the following: Directions say to cook in microwave for 4 minutes. I put a plate under the cooker to catch anything that boils over. I cook on high for 2 minutes. Using a fork I separate the noodles. (just lift with the fork and get them out of the "Block") Put them back in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and then another 30 seconds. (This helps prevent boil overs.) Add 1/2 the spice pack or whatever else you want and enjoy I'd like to see a deeper version that would allow you... |
