This is the Just Life Microwave Plate Spatter Cover. This cover is a 10.2 inch in diameter, dome shaped cover with handle. It is 4.3 inches tall so it does not touch your food, even if you stack your plate. It is a BPA free, plastic food grade material. This also has a nice handle to make it easy to use and has a vent in the top that is adjustable depening on what the use is at the time. This also keeps the microwave clean, it is so much easier to wash the dome than to clean the microwave. Just a little hot water and soap is all it takes. I am loving this dome, I was really excited to use it with my big plate of left overs from the chinese restaurant. Normally when I reheat my rice, it dries it out,, but not with my dome is was just like it was when I ordered it. Delicious!!! I received my microwave dome cover for free during the product launch promotion in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. |

The cover fits most standard plates and keeps the food covered in the microwave. This helps any splatter if you have liquid items in the microwave. The great part about this cover is that even after sitting in the microwave for say a 2-min cycle, the cover doesn't heat up itself. This makes it easy to grab and remove from the dish. The cover also has a plastic seal cap on top that can be left sealed, or it can be rotated to let air out during the heating process. Overall a good quality and well designed product. |
